2. Business Model and Nature (SaaS)

We expressly declare that NowMenu constitutes a pure license for work in the Software As A Service field. GoldenSio SL DOES NOT manage culinary laboratories, does not supervise commercial stocks, does not resell food to consumers, nor does it offer guarantees on purchases within the hospitality/catering sector.

3. Liability Waiver

It is an essential prerequisite for the service that no party related to GoldenSio SL and its subordinates may intervene or be considered punishable or liable in relation to:

  • Errors in pricing, listing typos, or lack of tax compliance by the Establishment or the hosted "Shop";
  • Consequences of the failure or incorrect display of the Official Allergen manual and register as mandated by the applicable EU Regulation 1169/2011;
